The NFL Game Pass player is best viewed when using Internet Explorer, as it utilizes several ActiveX controls. It does however have basic viewing functionality in Firefox and for Mac. Check out the system requirements for recommended PC or Mac setup.

The following are features that will not work in Firefox or Mac Safari (please use Windows and IE for full player functionality):

• Volume control. You'll need to use your system volume control.
• Full screen mode.
• Progress bar control for archived games.
