We update our news, scores, and standings as soon as we receive an update from our news providers. Our providers send us updated information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The frequency of score updates varies by sport. For many major professional sports, scores are either updated real-time or every few minutes. Other sports may be updated less frequently, or the scores may only be reported at the end of the contest.

Most other pages contain a time stamp at the bottom that tells you the date and time of the last update.
