If the map on your contact page displays an error, be sure to double-check that the address you saved in the website's Contact Information is located in the U.S. or Canada and does not include any errors, then edit as needed. Be sure to include your street suffix (such as Ave. or Street) as well as any directionals (e.g. North Main St.). We also recommend including a zip or postal code.

After you verify your address, try previewing your page. The tools that handle the map in the editing view of your page are actually slightly different from those used on your previewed and published web site. If your map looks good when you preview, it should look good on your published site as well, even if you see an error while editing your page.

If your map still won't appear, you may be encountering a problem with the map database or address-locating software. You may want to turn off your map until this problem is resolved.
