First make sure you are trying to open Yahoo! Site Solution from a link on your Web Hosting Control Panel or by visiting a bookmark in your browser. If you have bookmarked Site Solution, be sure your bookmarked address begins with your domain name and ends with admin, like this:
If you are certain that your path to Site Solution is correct, double-check that you are connected to the Internet, that your browser is not offline, and that you have signed in to your Yahoo! Small Business account with your user name and password. Visit your Web Hosting Control Panel to sign in again anytime.
