Internet Explorer 6.0+ or 7.0

The pop-up blocker feature turned on by default in Internet Explorer will prevent you from previewing your site with Yahoo! Site Solution. If you have pop-up blocking enabled, you'll need to tell your browser to make an exception for your domain.

To preview your site while pop-up blocking is enabled, press the Ctrl key on your keyboard when you click the Preview button. You'll need to press the Ctrl key only the first time you preview. This step lets your browser know that you want to allow pop-up windows from this site in the future.

If you're using Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 6.0+ with Windows XP, you can also enter your domain in your browser's "white list."

  1. From Internet Explorer's Tools menu, choose Pop-up Blocker.
  2. Click Pop-up Blocker Settings.
  3. In the Pop-up Blocker Settings dialog, enter your own domain name (such as widgetdesigns.com) in the first field, then click Add.
  4. Click Close to save your changes.

To turn off all pop-up blocking:

  1. From Internet Explorer's Tools menu, choose Pop-up Blocker.
  2. Click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
