Why do I see an error when I try to activate Site Solution the first time?

If you see an error when you try to activate Yahoo! Site Solution, first check to make sure you are still connected to the Internet (a good way to check is by visiting another web site).

Read the message. If you have already published a web site, we'll let you know before you start using Site Solution that we're going to save your current web site for you. If you see this message, just click Continue to begin using Site Solution.

You may also encounter a message asking you to turn on JavaScript in your browser (you'll see this message only if JavaScript is not turned on). Just follow the instructions to turn on JavaScript, then continue to Site Solution.

If you see a 403 error or another odd-looking message, you may have encountered a problem with our system or your account. Please try again later or contact customer care.
