A form topic is a general category that describes the purpose of your form, such as Feedback or Reservation. We'll associate each of your forms with a topic, and include that topic in the subject and body of the email sent to you with every form submission to help you filter and sort your customer replies.
Your customers will never see your form topic. This information is provided only to you.
We'll set a topic for each of your forms by default, but you can change the topic anytime in the Form Settings dialog menu. Learn how to change your form settings.
