How can I add a contact or feedback form to my site?

A contact or feedback form is a great way to request and receive input from your site visitors. You can easily add a form to your contact page with just a few clicks. (The form feature is unavailable on other page types.)

To add a form:

  1. Visit your contact page by clicking its name in your site menu (navigation bar). (The default name of your page is Contact.)
  2. If you have not yet added a form, you'll see a button on your page that says Add a Contact Form. Click that button now. (If you have already added a form, click the Edit Contact Form Settings button on the map to make any changes.)

  3. You'll see the Contact Information dialog. Near the top of the dialog, click the checkbox under Contact Form.

  4. Look near the bottom of the dialog: If you have not yet entered an email address for your business, enter one now.
  5. Click Update to save your changes and add your form.

Be sure to publish your site to make your change available to the world! Just click the Publish button when you're ready.

Hint: Try personalizing your form by adding a title or introduction! Ask your visitors to contact you, or encourage them to provide information about themselves when they send feedback. You can add your own text just above the form.
