If you create a web site with Microsoft Publisher, you can publish it to your account via FTP.
To publish a site you created with Publisher, you'll first need to set up FTP by adding an FTP location:
- Choose "Publish to the Web" from Publisher's File menu.
- In the "Save in" box of the "Publish to the Web" dialog, under "FTP Locations," choose "Add/Modify FTP
Locations."
- Enter your FTP settings in the fields provided. You can find your personal FTP settings on the Create & Update and Manage tabs of your Web Hosting Control Panel, in the Web Hosting Account Details module under "FTP Account Info."
- Click "OK" to save your settings.
- Choose "OK" again to finish your FTP setup.
When you're ready to publish your site, you can upload your web site files to your account via FTP:
- Choose "Publish to the Web" from Publisher's File menu.
- In the "Save in" box of the "Publish to the Web" dialog, choose "FTP Locations."
- Double-click on the site to which you want to publish. If you want to publish to a subfolder of that site,
navigate to that folder now.
- To publish your web site files to this location, click "Save."
