All Web Hosting and Merchant Solutions customers can use FTP to transfer files between their computers and their accounts. To get started you'll need only two things:

1. An FTP tool
You don't need anything fancy — in fact, we recommend several simple options that are also free! Some tools offer additional features that you can explore later; all you need to start is a way to connect to your account. See our recommendations.

2. Your FTP settings
We've printed your unique FTP settings on the Create & Update and Manage tabs of your Web Hosting Control Panel. You'll need these to connect to your account with your FTP tool.

Your settings look like this:

• host or address: ftp.widgetdesigns.com (replace widgetdesigns.com with your own domain name)
• user or login: name@widgetdesigns.com (replace name with your Yahoo! ID, and widgetdesigns.com with your own domain name)
• password: the password you use to sign in to your Yahoo! account

With an FTP tool and your FTP settings, you're ready to get started!
