The Vista operating system includes a setting called User Access Control, or UAC, which is intended to protect your compute and allow you to perform administrative tasks without having to sign out of your computer or switch users. Unfortunately, UAC can sometimes interact with other programs in unexpected ways, and even cause problems.
By default, Windows Vista's UAC is turned on. When you create your site, SiteBuilder will take this into account when setting up your site folder and files, and you should be able to build and manage your site without problem.
You may encounter problems, however, if you change your UAC setting after you have begun creating your site (if you turn UAC off after beginning your site with it on, or vice versa). Having set up your site to accommodate your original UAC setting, SiteBuilder may not be able to determine the location of your site files, and you could have trouble opening, editing, previewing, or publishing your site.
To fix this issue, you can return your UAC to its status when you began your site, then restart SiteBuilder.
To change your UAC setting:

You should now be able to work with your site in SiteBuilder as usual.
