To find out which directories a user account can access with FTP, open the Password Manager by clicking the corresponding link on the Manage or Index tab of your Web Hosting Control Panel. Under "Manage User Accounts," locate the user name you'd like to check. To the right of the user name, in the "FTP Access Point" column, you'll see the name of the directory to which that user account has access. (Remember that the user account has access to this directory as well as its subdirectories.) To reset FTP access for this account to the entire site, click the "Change Access Point" link next to its name and choose the "Reset FTP access to entire site" link.
