Unfortunately, this is a known issue regarding FrontPage publishing. FrontPage allows you to include spaces in file and folder names, but after you upload those files to your account, File Manager will not allow you to rename or delete them. To avoid this problem, please make sure to remove spaces or special characters when naming your files and folders and before uploading your FrontPage web site.
To correct the problem, change the file or folder names in FrontPage, then republish. The corrected files and folders will become available in File Manager.
