How do I add buttons that link to other pages?

  1. Go to the "Insert" menu.
  2. Select "Basics" from the pull-down menu.
  3. Select "Buttons".
  4. When the pop-up window appears, double-click on "Buttons" under "Picture List".
  5. Double-click on "Generic".
  6. Select a button from the "Picture List".
  7. Go to the "Link to a Location:" section under "Optional Picture Properties". Use the pull-down menu to select one of the following:
    • Web URL: You can link to a site on the Web by entering an URL (i.e., http://www.yahoo.com/).
    • My Page: Click the "Choose" button to select an HTML file from your File Manager.
    • Email: Enter an email address so when someone clicks the link, it will bring up a mail form to the email address you specify (the visitor's browser or email client must be set up correctly in order for this to work).
    • My File: Click the "Choose" button to select an image or other file from your File Manager.
    • Other: You can link to nearly any type of file that is accessible on the Internet, including downloadable files.
  8. Click "OK".
