Why am I seeing different counter numbers for the same web page?
A site visitor can arrive on your page using either of the following variations of your web address:
- http://www.yourdomain.com
- http://yourdomain.com
Site Statistics records separate data for each variation of your page's web address. Your counter uses Site Statistics to record the number of page views on your web page, so it will display different numbers when you view the same page at the different web addresses. Yahoo! currently does not provide a way to combine counter numbers.
