1. Visit your Business Control Panel.
2. Click the "Change Plan" link below the plan you'd like to change.
3. Review the list of available plans (just click the "View all of our plans" link to see all options). Click the "Choose" button that corresponds to the plan you want.
4. Complete the steps on the following pages to switch to your new plan.

Please note that if you choose to downgrade from Web Hosting to a Domains or Business Mail plan, your web site and email addresses may be removed. Be sure to save your important files and emails if you decide to downgrade!
