If you are familiar with using Macromedia Dreamweaver, you can download the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions Extension for Macromedia Dreamweaver. Once downloaded and installed, you can use commands in the new Yahoo! menu of Dreamweaver to manage your site(s), update your product catalog, build pages with the product page wizard, and get help on using Dreamweaver with your Yahoo! Merchant Solutions account.

To download and install the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions Extension for Dreamweaver:

1. Download the extension file. (The File Download dialog appears.)
2. Choose "Open". (Download begins automatically as does installation of the extension. The Macromedia Extension Manager opens.)
3. Read and accept the agreement.

You should see a dialog confirming that the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions Extension has been successfully installed. Dreamweaver must be closed to install the extension. After installing, you can open Dreamweaver and begin working. All help for using Dreamweaver with Yahoo! Merchant Solutions is included in the application in a special set of help files.

To get help using Dreamweaver with Yahoo! Merchant Solutions:

1. Launch Dreamweaver.
2. Choose the "Help" command from the Yahoo! menu appearing in the menu bar (see figure 1)
3. Read and accept the agreement on using the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions extension.

The built-in Help window opens where you can get help for getting started and using Dreamweaver to build your store (see figure 2).

The Help pages that accompany the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions Extension for Dreamweaver can only be viewed from the help command of the Yahoo! menu if Internet Explorer is set as the primary browser. To set Internet Explorer as the primary browser, choose the Preferences command from the Edit menu in Dreamweaver and set Internet Explorer as the primary browser in the Preview in Browser section.

If you do not wish to set Internet Explorer as the primary browser, you can open the Help files by browsing to the correct directory (C:/Documents and Settings/URERNAME/Application Data/Macromedia/Dreamweaver MX 2004/Configuration/shared/Yahoo/Store/Help/index.htm where USERNAME represents your Windows login) and clicking on the Help index file.
