In order to activate this feature, you need to visit the Shipment & Order Status link under located in your Shipping Manager. Check the "Shipment Tracking" box to use shipment tracking features. To use the XML Update click the "Show email tracking password" link to be assigned a unique password (different from the one you use to manage your site) that must be used in each email.

Sending Email

The format of the email message is XML. The DTD is defined at TrackingUpdate.dtd, and sample XML files for Single and Split Shipments. Put the appropriate XML into your email body, and send to tracking-update@store.yahoo.com.

Please note: XML Errors will be sent to the "Reply-To" address, so please be sure this address is valid and goes to the appropriate person.
