Once you are registered to use the UPS OnLine® Tools with your Merchant Solutions/Store account, you can offer UPS Real_Time Rates in your checkout. UPS Rates and Service Selection Tool provides quotes for UPS services during the ordering process and allows your customer to compare prices and select the UPS shipping service that best suits their needs.

To get started, go to the Shipping Methods section of your Shipping Manager.

1. Click the Edit Methods button and check the boxes next to the official UPS methods your would like to offer. Then, click Update.

2. Click the Shipping Rates link and click "Add Rule."

3. On the Select Location page, choose the location if any, to which this rules applies. Click Next.

   TIP: To simplify the Select Location process you can select the "Anywhere" radio button to have the UPS Real-Time Rates determine rates based on shipping destinations.

4. On the Select Method page, choose one of the official UPS methods. Click next.

   PLEASE NOTE: You can not select "Any Method" -- you must separately create a Ship Rule for each UPS Method.

5. On the Choose a Rule Type page, select UPS Real-time Rates. Click next. (Click the next button until you are finished with adding the rule.)

Repeat above steps for each UPS method offered at your store.

Remember to click the "Publish Order Settings" link in your Store Manager to publish these changes to your store.
