In addition to AVS and CVV Rules to automate flagging orders, Risk Tools includes a reporting function so you can see how your rules are performing and adjust them accordingly.

Risk Tools allows you to show statistics for:

• Last 10 days
• Last 30 days
• Last 60 days
• Last 90 days
• Last 120 days
• Last 180 days
• Last year
• Previous 5 calendar months

Risk Tools also allow you to sort your statistics by:

• Date
• Orders
• Revenue
• Items

To view your Risk Statistics:

1. From the Store Manager, click "Risk Tools".
2. Click "Statistics".
3. Choose your Statistics view period by selecting an option from the "Show" drop down menu.

Your Risk Statistics will be shown for the period you specified.

To sort your Risk Statistics:

1. Click the Date, Orders, Revenue, or Items link. (A sort arrow will appear alongside the selected link)
2. Click the Sort arrow to sort from most to least (or most recent to least recent)

To download your current Risk Statistics view in CSV format:

• Click the [Download Spreadsheet] button and open or save the file.
