Due to a change in how ratings are handled with the new Yahoo! Shopping and PriceGrabber partnership, merchants must link their store with their PriceGrabber Retailer ID, in order to syndicate their store transactional ratings on Yahoo! Shopping. You may enter and submit your PriceGrabber Retailer ID using the Customer Ratings tool in Store Manager.

You can locate your PriceGrabber Retailer ID in one of the following ways:

1. In your PriceGrabber merchant survey code.
2. In your PriceGrabber CTS code (sales tracker code).
3. By asking your PriceGrabber account representative.

Your merchant survey code and CTS code are located in the Tools section of your PriceGrabber account. In Figure 1 and Figure 2, below, the strings containing the PriceGrabber Retailer ID are highlighted.

Your PriceGrabber Retailer ID is prefixed by "retid=". The examples above all contain the string "retid=000," indicating that the PriceGrabber Retailer ID is 000.

If you can't locate your PriceGrabber Retailer ID using the merchant survey code or CTS code, you should contact your PriceGrabber account representative. Because this information appears within your PriceGrabber account, Yahoo! customer care cannot access your account to retrieve this ID on your behalf. You can find contact information for your account representative when logged into your PriceGrabber account (see your Click-thru Summary page). If you can't find your account representative information, contact PriceGrabber.

Once you've located your PriceGrabber Retailer ID:

1. In Store Manager, click the "Ratings" link, located in the Site Settings column.
2. Enter your PriceGrabber Retailer ID in the "PriceGrabber Retailer ID" field, located near the top of the page.
   
3. Click the Submit button.

Should you mistakenly enter a valid PriceGrabber Retailer ID that is not your own, please contact Yahoo! customer care. Note: All questions about locating your PriceGrabber Retailer ID must be directed to PriceGrabber.
