When you create a single-use coupon series, you must set an expiration date. A coupon series expiration date may be up to six months from the date the series is created. For example, if you create a series on February 17, the latest date at which the series could expire is August 17 of the same year.

After a coupon series is created, its expiration date may be extended. The expiration date of a series may be extended up to six months from the current date, or up to one year from the date the coupon series was created (whichever date falls first).

To extend the expiration date of a coupon series:

1. In Coupon Manager, locate and click on the coupon series prefix code, listed in the "Code" column. You will be taken to the Edit Coupon screen (Figure 1).

2. On the Edit Coupon screen, locate the "Expiration" field, and modify the "Valid through" date to set a new expiration date.
3. Click the "Modify" button to update the coupon series with its new expiration date.
