Merchants using the latest version of Cross-Sell (available to stores using Checkout Manager) may create custom pricing labels for an item's price and sale price, and for cross-sell discounts.

To customize product detail page pricing labels:

1. In Cross-Sell Manager, go to the Product Detail Display Options page. To access this page, click on the "Edit" link in the Product Detail area of the "Display Options" section.





2. On the Product Detail Display Options page, locate the "Pricing Labels" option.



3. Click on the "Custom" radio button. The Pricing Labels area will expand to display fields for Price, Sale Price, and Cross-Sell Discount.





4. Enter text into the fields you wish to customize. You may preview label changes in the preview area on the right side of the screen.
5. Click the "Update" button to save your changes.
6. Review your Product Detail settings in the Display Options section of Cross-Sell Manager. "Pricing Labels" should now be set to "Custom".

If you'd like to return to using default labels after you've set custom labels, access the Product Detail Display Options page (steps 1 and 2 above), then:

1. Choose the "Default" radio button beside the "Pricing Labels" option.
2. Click the "Update" button to save your changes.

To customize shopping cart pricing labels:

1. In Cross-Sell Manager, go to the Shopping Cart Display Options page. To access this page, click on the "Edit" link in the Shopping Cart area of the "Display Options" section.





2. On the Shopping Cart Display Options page, locate the "Pricing Labels" option.
3. Click on the "Custom" radio button. The Pricing Labels area will expand to display fields for Price, Sale Price, and Cross-Sell Discount.





4. Enter text into the fields you wish to customize. You may preview label changes in the preview area on the right side of the screen.
5. Click the "Update" button to save your changes.
6. Review your Shopping Cart settings in the Display Options section of Cross-Sell Manager. "Pricing Labels" should now be set to "Custom".

The first time custom labels are created for the Shopping Cart, you must publish your Order Settings for the new labels to take effect.

If you'd like to return to using default labels after you've set custom labels, access the Shopping Cart Display Options page (steps 1 and 2 above), then:

1. Choose the "Default" radio button beside the "Pricing Labels" option.
2. Click the "Update" button to save your changes.

Default pricing labels

Default pricing labels will be used for any field that has not been customized, or if a merchant chooses not to use custom pricing labels. These default pricing labels are as follows:
