Merchants can display up 100 cross-sell items on cart pages, and up to 6 cross-sell items on product detail pages. (Note: the product detail page Cross-Sell feature is only available for stores currently using Checkout Manager. Learn more.)

To set the number of cross-sell items to display on cart pages:

1. Sign in to your account and go to the Store Manager.
2. Click the "Cross-Sell" link appearing in the "Promote" column. If you have not set up cross-sell rules, or have not enabled auto-suggest (stores using Checkout Manager only), you will need to do so before proceeding.
3. In the "Max. items to display" field, enter the number of cross-sell items you wish to appear.
4. Click "Done".
5. Publish your Order Settings when ready.

To set the number of cross-sell items to display on product detail pages (stores using Checkout Manager only):

1. Sign in to your account and go to the Store Manager.
2. Click the "Cross-Sell" link appearing in the "Promote" column. If you have not set up cross-sell rules, or have not enabled auto-suggest, you will need to do so before proceeding.
3. In the "Max. items to display" field, enter the number of cross-sell items you wish to appear.
4. Click "Done".
