If your store does not use Checkout Manager, you must set up cross-sell rules before items can be displayed on your cart page.

If your store uses Checkout Manager, you must set up cross-sell rules, enable auto-suggest for your cart page, or both, before items can be displayed on this page. If Cross-Sell has been disabled for your cart page, you may enable it using Cross-Sell Manager:

1. In Cross-Sell Manager, click on the Edit button in the Shopping Cart Display [area at the top of the page.
2. On the Shopping Cart Display Options page, choose the "Display" radio button beside Cross-Sell.
3. Choose to turn Auto-Suggest on or off.
4. Customize your product area appearance by editing the Header text, and selecting the maximum number of items to display (up to 100).
5. Click the Update button.
6. Verify your changes in Cross-Sell Manager.
7. Publish your Order Settings.*

* Order Settings must be published the first time you add Cross-Sell to your shopping cart page.
