Stores just opening for business may not have a sales or navigation history for auto-suggest to generate cross-sell items from. We recommend that merchants with newly opened stores first create manual cross-sell rules, and enable auto-suggest once their store is receiving traffic.
Similarly, new products added to your store will not immediately have auto-suggested related items. Once the product begins to generate sales and navigation histories, auto-suggested recommendations will become available.
