Resolving Export File Issues in MOM on Orders with 5+ Items

MOM (Mail Order Manager version 4.3 and newer) may encounter problems with export files containing orders with more than five items. The Shipping Address needs to be repeated in the export file for orders with more than 5 items, otherwise the shipping address for orders may get out of order possibly resulting in shipping an order to the incorrect address. For merchants using MOM 4.3 or newer, your export settings can be set in the Store Manager to repeat the shipping address which will prevent such export problems. In order to resolve this issue you will need to do the following:

  1. Contact Customer Care and request enabling of the MOM Repeat Shipping power feature.
  2. Follow the instructions provided to you by Customer Care for using this feature to export orders to MOM.
