When to contact Yahoo!

Contact Yahoo if there are problems with either the Checkout Process or with Orders.

• Buyers are unable to log in
• Buyers can't checkout
• Reauthorization within Order Manager fails

When to contact PayPal

Contact PayPal if there are problems with your or your buyers' PayPal accounts, or PayPal payment processing.

• transaction fees
• buyer complaints
• chargeback information requests
• account restrictions
• forgot PayPal password
• changing your fee level (for high volume merchants)
• enable the Settlement file system
• notify PayPal of spoof or suspected fraudulent transactions
• any other PayPal questions
