The Click Trails tool will show you the paths taken by individual visitors through your site. This will give you an idea of how your site looks through the customers' eyes. You will probably find the paths of the visitors who put something in the shopping basket the most informative.

You can also view the click trail of any individual customer by clicking on the "Click Trails" link at the bottom of their specific order page.

The click trails reveal several different pieces of information, such as the IP address of the source of the trail, the pages in your Yahoo! Store site that were accessed, and which items were placed into the shopping basket.

If the customer placed an order, the click trail will now show the customer name and the revenue generated during their visit at the top of the click trail.

Click trail information is currently saved in your Store Manager for the last five days.

Note:Click Trails are available only with the Merchant Standard and Merchant Professional packages.
