There are two possible reasons for your domain to be pending:

1. If you're setting up a new domain:
Ordering your domain takes just a few minutes, however, processing your order takes anywhere from 12 to 72 hours.

You will need to wait until your domain is fully processed before it can be used to access your site. Until that time, you can begin setting up your Merchant Solutions account using the Store Manager and Catalog Manager.

2. If you're moving a domain:
When you move your domain to Yahoo!, your domain will need to be redelegated to Yahoo!'s name servers within 15 days of your order. The process varies depending on where you originally registered your web address. Make sure you have taken the appropriate steps to redelegate your name servers.

If you have not done so yet you will need to contact the registrar of your domain and make the following changes to your DNS record:

Primary Name Server: yns1.yahoo.com
Secondary Name Server: yns2.yahoo.com

Once you've completed the changes above, please allow 24 to 72 hours for the changes to complete.
