As part of the Yahoo! Store Terms of Service, all merchants must post a privacy policy informing customers of any and all uses of the personal information collected by the merchant. By default, the Order Forms include a link to the privacy policy page created in the Store Editor (see figure 1). If you are building using the Store Editor, the link to the Privacy Policy page will be set up automatically. You need only edit the "privacypolicy" page in the Store Editor to include the text specific to your store. Consult the online privacy links document for more information. If you are using Yahoo! Web Hosting to publish files built in another tool, use the instructions below to edit the privacy policy link in your Order Forms.

To edit the privacy policy link:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Store Manager.
3. Click the "Order Form" link in the Order Settings column.
4. Under "Checkout URLs", enter the URL to the privacy policy page you created and published to the File Manager of your Yahoo! Web Hosting account (see figure 2) in the "Privacy Policy URL" field.
5. Click "Done".
6. Click "Publish Order Settings".

After publishing your order settings, you can test the link in your Order Forms. Clicking the "Merchant's Privacy Policy" link will take you to the Privacy Policy page you entered on the Customize Order Form page.
