The "Shipping & Tax Test" link in the Shipping Manager is useful when testing out various scenarios of the ordering process. For example, you may want to use this link after creating new tax or shipping rules to see that they correctly apply to orders.

You can enter in order information, such as price, ship-weight, and ZIP code of the shipping location. Then click on the "Recalculate" link to see how your shipping and tax rules would apply.

In the Results column on the right-hand side of the Test page, you can click on the "Details" link to see exactly which rules applied and which did not.

The Shipping and Tax Test feature uses the published rules from your Store Manager.
