Display Company Logo on the Order Form

Note: The following help document applies only to merchants who signed up before 04/12/06, who are still using an older version of checkout and have not yet moved to Checkout Manager. The older checkout flows (version 1 and 2) are only available to merchants who signed up before this date. If you signed up after this date, then you only have access to Checkout Manager. You can use the Checkout Branding section of the Order Form page to include a company logo on your store order form. The Yahoo! Store software defaults to using the "Title" from the Store Editor, but you can upload a specific image into the "Logo" field instead. You will need to upload a logo to your order form and then publish your order settings and the Store Editor.

To upload your company logo:

  1. From the Store Manager, select the "Order Form" link under the Order Settings column.
  2. Click the "Upload" button from the Order Form page.
  3. Click "Browse" to choose a .gif or .jpeg file from your computer. (A file dialog opens)
  4. Click "Open" after selecting your logo. (The file dialog closes0
  5. Click "Send" to upload the image.
  6. Click "Done".
  7. Click the "Publish Order Settings" link in the Store Manager.

Your order form is now set up to display the company logo on your order form pages. However, the file you uploaded needs to be published to make it available for display on the order form pages. You can do so by publishing the Store Editor.

To publish the Store Editor:

  1. From the Store Manager, click the "Store Editor" link.
  2. Click the "Edit" button in the Editor toolbar.
  3. Click "Update".
  4. Click the "Publish" button.

The ideal size is about 200 x 30 pixels. Anything larger than 250 x 50 pixels will be resized to fit the available space.
