Customizing your Order Form

Note: The following help document applies only to merchants who signed up before 04/12/06, who are still using an older version of checkout and have not yet moved to Checkout Manager. The older checkout flows (version 1 and 2) are only available to merchants who signed up before this date. If you signed up after this date, then you only have access to Checkout Manager. While the Yahoo! Store order form is automatically generated by the software, you can customize the form to include additional information specific to your store.

From the Store Manager page, click the "Order Form" link to view and edit the various sections of the order form. You can choose to add gift wrap options, enable customer ratings, upload your company logo, customize some text in the large text fields, and more.

If the sections of the order form don't contain a field that you would like to have, you can use the "Edit Extra Fields" links in the Shipping Info and Billing Info sections to create new fields. When you click on this link, you will see an option to "Add New Field." This will lead you through the steps to create a custom field on the order form.

You can preview your additions to the order form by using the "Preview Order Forms" button and selecting the specific page you would like to view.
