If your customers experience problems signing out from a registered store account when using Safari or Chrome web browsers, please check to make sure your store pages aren't using both the Floating Cart and Customer Registration JavaScript codes, or both the FC-LOADER and SUPER-LOADER RTML operators that call these JavaScripts. If you've previously inserted a JavaScript code into your store pages for the Floating Cart feature, or added the FC-LOADER operator to your store page templates, this JavaScript code or RTML operator must be replaced by the Customer Registration JavaScript code, or the SUPER-LOADER operator. Users of Safari and Chrome may experience account sign-out problems if your pages use both of these.

The new JavaScript code and SUPER-LOADER RTML operator support the floating cart and mini-cart features, as well as Customer Registration. Removing the old JavaScript code or FC-LOADER RTML operator will not affect your floating cart and mini-cart functionality.
