Re-running the Design Wizard will only reset settings specific to a template theme that have been customized by the merchant. Custom settings that are not specific to the template theme will not be overwritten.

For example, if you've added an image header to your pages, you must re-upload this image header. Similarly, if you've customized text link colors that are specific to a template theme, the colors for these text links will be reset to the default theme colors. However, if you've specified the color for a page element not specific to the template theme, or added content to your pages, these will not be reset by the Design Wizard.
