If you need to manually update your templates to support customer registration, you may find the JavaScript code and div code in the Global Settings section of Checkout & Registration Manager:

1. In Checkout & Registration Manager, click the "Global Settings" link.
2. In the Global Settings section, click the "Customer Registration Manual Setup" tab.
3. On the Customer Registration Manual Setup page, expand Option 2. The JavaScript code and div code can be copied from here (Figure 1).

Instructions for inserting the code into your templates vary based on the type of template you are updating.
