In the customer table in Customer Manager, the tracking number for a customer's most recent order is linked (when available). Orders with tracking numbers that appear in the Recent Orders and Order History tables are also linked. When you click on a tracking number link, it will open the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier used to ship the order.

For example, if an order was shipped via UPS, and you clicked on the tracking number link, tracking information from UPS will be shown in a new window.
