Checkout Manager now offers the ability for you to collapse the "Other" Billing Address section in your checkout pages. While the Other Billing Address fields are disabled (grayed out) by default when the "Other" option is not selected, hiding the section unless needed helps to visually streamline your checkout pages.

By default your Billing section uses the Shipping Address information for the Billing Address. This setting works for many stores and thus hiding the fields not likely to be used helps reduce the visual complexity of your checkout pages. Stores where hiding the Other Billing section may not be recommended include gift sites, or any site where a large percentage of orders are delivered to an address other than the Shipping address.

To show or hide fields with no errors when input errors occur:

1. From the Store Manager, click Checkout Manager.
2. Click Advanced Settings.
3. Select one option:
   • Select Collapse unless selected to hide the Other Billing Address fields until a buyer selects the "Other" option in checkout.
   • Select Always show to always display the Other Billing Address fields.
4. Click Save or Save & Preview.
5. Return to the Store Manager and publish your Order Settings when ready.
