There are dozens of resources available on the Internet related to CSS. If you are familiar with HTML, then learning the basics of CSS should not prove too difficult. Perhaps the simplest way to get exposed to CSS is by downloading your CSS file in Checkout Manager, changing some of the color or other values in the file, and then uploading the file and viewing it to see what changed from the original.
