Deleting a custom field

Merchants have the ability to delete custom fields. Deleting custom fields will remove them from Checkout Manager and also from the checkout pages for buyers after republishing. Note: You cannot delete standard sections or fields.

To delete a section/field:

  1. From the Checkout Manager, select the "Page Configuration" link.
  2. Click the tab for the page with the section/field you wish to delete.
  3. Select the row in the Page Sections table for the section/field you wish to delete.
  4. Click "Remove" and then confirm that you wish to delete the selection.
  5. Click "Save" when finished or click "Preview" to save and view your changes.
  6. If you wish to not display the section/field you removed, return to the Store Manager and publish your order settings.
