The Checkout Manager allows you to select whether or not to place the Shipping and Billing Information on the same page. In older versions of checkout, these pages were separate though there were ways to bypass shipping or billing depending on the item in the shopping cart. With the Checkout Manager, you can place both the Shipping and Billing Information on the same page (see figure 1).

Combining Shipping and Billing Information on the same page has the following benefits:

• Checkout may be perceived as quicker due to fewer pages.
• Entry errors by buyers can be reduced with side-by side Shipping and Billing Information.

These benefits could add up to increased conversion rate due to reduced shopping cart abandonment though merchants are advised to test both versions to determine which option works best for their store.

To combine Shipping and Billing on one page:

1. From the Store Manager, click the "Checkout Manager" link under Order Settings.
2. Click the "Global Settings" link.
3. Select the "Same Page" option for Shipping and Billing Information.
4. Click "Save" when finished or "Preview" to save and view your changes.
5. Return to Store Manager and publish your changes when ready.
