Using Custom Button Icon Images
In the Store Editor you can upload custom button images for your navigation bar. You will need to make the button images using an illustration or image editing program and then follow these instructions.
The following standard buttons allow custom images:
- Download-image
- Email-image
- Help-image
- Home-image
- Index-image
- Info-image
- Mall-image
- Next-image
- Privacy-Policy-image
- Register-image (deprecated—only available to Legacy Stores and old checkout flow)
- Request-image
- Search-image
- Show-Order-image
- Up-image
All Contents pages (section or items) allow for custom button images as well.
To upload custom button images for standard buttons:
- From the Store Editor, click the "Variables" button in the Editor toolbar.
- Scroll to the "Button Properties" section (see figure 1).

3. Click the "Upload" button for the standard button (Home, Info, Privacy Policy, etc…) for which you wish to upload a custom image.
The Image Upload page loads (see figure 2).
4. Click the "Browse" button. (A Choose File dialog opens—see figure 3).

5. Locate and select the custom button image to use and click "Open".
The Choose File dialog closes.
6. Click "Send".
7. Select "Icon" from the Button-Style drop-down menu.
Repeat for any additional standard buttons.
You also need to upload custom button images for your Contents buttons (if you wish). You can do so from the "Edit" view of the page.
To upload custom button images for Contents (section/item):
- From the Store Editor, navigate to the Section (or Item) corresponding to the button.
- Click "Edit" in the Editor toolbar.
- Click "Upload" in the "Icon" field.
- Follow steps 4-6 above to select and upload the image.
