Is there a way to count how many items I have created?

The number of items in your store is roughly the same as the number of "Order" buttons you have.

For example, a shirt that comes in four colors and three sizes counts as one item, as long as you have used the "Options" field to specify these different options.

An item copied and pasted into a second section also counts as only one item. (This is because, by copying, you are placing links to the same object in more than one place.)

To see a list of all of the items in your Store that count toward your limit go to the Editor and view the Product Summary for your store. Here's how to access the Product Summary:

  1. Sign in to the Regular Editor for your store.
  2. Click the red triangle button on the Editor Toolbar to switch to the Advanced Editor.
  3. Click the "Controls" button on the Editing Toolbar.
  4. Click the "View Product Summary" link.

The Product Summary lists all of the items that count toward your limit. Each item in that list will appear as a link to that item page in the Editor.

When you wish to continue editing your store, we recommend switching back to the Regular Editor. If you are still in the Editor on one of your store pages, use the red-triangle button on the Editing Toolbar to get back to the Regular Editor, or log out and then log back in to the Editor.

Warning: The Advanced Editor is designed for experienced programmers -- all protections against damaging your store are turned off. In advanced mode it is easy to damage your Store or break pages beyond repair. For that reason, we recommend it only for experienced programmers.
