Sign in to the Store Editor for your store and go to the editing toolbar on your home page. If you see the "Publish" button, you need to click it to publish your changes. If you've already published your changes, the "Publish" button will be gray and will read "Published."

Go to your published site and hold down the "Shift" key while clicking the "Refresh" or "Reload" button on your browser. This ensures that you are seeing the most recent version of your page, and not an older browser-cached version.

If you still don't see your changes, then you may need to publish again. Edit your site, go to the "Variables" page, and click "Update." Then publish your site again.
