You can create new RTML templates for use within your store. However, we cannot provide any assistance for the use of RTML or writing/debugging/using any custom templates for your store. Instructions for the correct use of RTML or information regarding how to read existing templates is not available within Help though 3rd-party guides are available.

To create a new template:

1. Sign in to your account and go to the Store Manager.
2. Click the "Store Editor" link.
3. Click the "Templates" button in the Editor toolbar, If you do not see the "Templates" button you will need to switch to Advanced mode in the Editor by clicking the red arrow at the end of the Editor toolbar.
4. Click the "New Template" button.
5. Enter an ID (name) for your new template and click "Create".
6. Edit your template as you wish.

You can also copy any existing template and modify it to meet your needs.

To copy an existing template:

1. From the Store Editor, click the "Templates" button on the Editor toolbar. If you do not see the "Templates" button you will need to switch to Advanced mode in the Editor by clicking the red arrow at the end of the Editor toolbar.
2. Click the template you wish to copy.
3. Click the "Copy Template" button.
4. Enter an ID (name) for your new template and click "Copy".
5. Edit your template as you wish.

When you return to the "Templates" page your copied template will appear in the "Custom" column next to the built-in template which you copied.
