Reports can be scheduled for email delivery or automatically uploaded to an FTP server. Reports can be delivered in HTML, Excel, CSV, and PDF format.
To schedule a report for email or FTP delivery:
- In the Yahoo! Web Analytics reporting interface, click the "Settings" link at the top of the page.
- On the Settings page, locate the Scheduled Email Reports section (Figure 1). Click the "Customize and schedule reports for email delivery" link.

- On the Scheduled Reporting page, click the "Add" button.
- The Scheduled Report Settings window will open (Figure 2). In this window, you can set delivery details for your report:
Enter a name and description for the scheduled report. Next, select how often the reports should be delivered (every month, every week, or every day, at a certain time), and the reporting period to be included.
- Select a format for your scheduled report, and choose whether or not to include calendar events and charts in the report.
- Ensure the "Active" checkbox is enabled. If it is not enabled, report delivery will not occur.

- Next, select the delivery method:
- To have your report delivered by email, enter one or more email addresses in the "Email" field of the Schedule Email Report tab. When entering more than one recipient, separate email addresses with commas.
- To upload your reports to an FTP server, click the Schedule Report for FTP Upload tab, and enter your FTP server information.
- Click the "Add" button.
- You may now choose reports to be delivered. Select a report from the drop-down reports list, and choose the number of rows to be included in the report.
- Click the "Add" button. The report you've chosen will be listed.
- Follow steps 7 and 8 to schedule additional reports for delivery. You may add up to 20 report pages.
- When you've finished adding reports, click the "Update" button.
To modify and delete scheduled reports:
- In the Yahoo! Web Analytics reporting interface, click the "Settings" link at the top of the page.
- On the Settings page, locate the Scheduled Email Reports section. Click the "Customize and schedule reports for email delivery" link.
- Your scheduled reports will be listed on the Scheduled Reporting page. To edit a scheduled report, click the Edit icon beside the report. To delete a scheduled report, click the "Delete" icon beside the report.
Note: Yahoo! Web Analytics
beta release is only available with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Yahoo! Store plans, and is
being released to stores in stages. This feature is not included with Merchant Solutions Starter plans.
