Yes. You can give other
users who have a Yahoo! ID access to your Yahoo! Web Analytics
reports, using the Access section of Store Manager. Users who
currently have "All" or "Only edit content & see stats"
access to your store have automatically been given access to
Analytics reports.
To provision user
access to Yahoo! Web Analytics:
- In Store Manager, click the
"Access" link, located in the Site Settings column.
- Enter the user's Yahoo! ID in the "Add New Member" field.
- Use the drop-down Permissions menu
to assign the user an access level. Here, you can choose to give a
user permissions of "All" (full access), "Only edit content &
see stats," or "Only retrieve orders." To access your Yahoo!
Web Analytics reports, a user must have either the "Only edit
content & see stats" permission, or the "All" permission.
- Click the "Add" button.
The user should now
appear in the User list. Review the information listed under the
Members - Yahoo! ID and Permissions columns to make sure you've added
the intended user with the desired access level.
Currently, direct
access to Yahoo! Web Analytics reports without other store access is
not available. Please note that users given "Only retrieve orders"
store permissions cannot access Analytics reports.
Note: Yahoo! Web Analytics
beta release is only available with Merchant Solutions Standard, Professional, and Yahoo! Store plans. This feature is not included with Merchant Solutions Starter plans.
