Yahoo! does not change ratings once they have been submitted for a Yahoo! Merchant Solutions store unless the rating is off-topic, abusive or otherwise violates the Terms of Service.
BuyersIf you have resolved a customer service problem with a Yahoo! Merchant Solutions merchant and feel that they deserve an improved rating, then the merchant should request the customer to go back to the rating form they submitted originally. You should be able to get to the rating form by a link in the email from which they accessed the form previously.
MerchantsTo resend the rating request email:
Your message along with a link to the rating form will be sent to the buyer's email address. If they so choose, the shopper can change their rating, which replaces the old rating. The shopper can also locate their original rating form by visiting their recent orders on the "My Shopping Account" page.
Disputing a rating directly with Yahoo! ShoppingReviews that appear abusive, off-topic, or otherwise objectionable may violate Yahoo!'s Guidelines and/or Terms of Service. To make a report, go back to the review and click on the "Report abuse" link at the bottom of the review (see figure 2). Submit the form with your email address, and details about why the review should be taken down. Yahoo! Shopping Customer Care will look at the review and take appropriate action, in accordance with our Guidelines and Terms of Service. While Yahoo! will examine reviews that are called to our attention, we do not guarantee that we will remove any review.
