Why can't I unlock my domain?

Only the plan owner can unlock a domain. Account administrators do not have access to the domain locking tool. If you are an account administrator and need to unlock a domain, please contact the plan owner.

Please note as well that when a domain is pending, its lock status cannot be modified. If you are the plan owner, and you cannot modify your name servers, you may need to wait up to 72 hours for your domain to become active.
